Information We Collect

Account Information: Your name, email address, and login method (Apple ID, Google, or email) when you create an account.

Usage Data: Interactions with features, pages visited, and general product analytics to improve our service.

Device Data: Browser type, operating system, device type, and approximate region derived from IP address.

Cookies and Similar Technologies: Small files used for preferences, authentication, analytics, and performance optimization.

Payment Information: Purchase history and subscription status processed securely by our payment provider (RevenueCat) and Apple App Store. We do not store full card details.

Generated Content: Song prompts, lyrics, style tags, generation parameters, and the AI-generated songs you create.

Device Integrity Data: Apple DeviceCheck tokens and verification results are used solely to prevent abuse of signup rewards. We store only cryptographic hashes and reward-eligibility results — never raw device identifiers.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the AI song generation service and core functionality
  • Personalize features, improve quality, and develop new capabilities
  • Process payments, detect fraud, and ensure security
  • Communicate service updates, respond to inquiries, and provide support
  • Verify device integrity for anti-abuse purposes (signup bonus only)

Data Storage and Security

  • We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data
  • Data is stored in reputable cloud infrastructure providers
  • Despite safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

Kie.ai / Suno API: Your song prompts, lyrics, style tags, and generation parameters are sent to Kie.ai (which uses Suno AI models) to generate music. These providers may retain this data according to their own terms and retention policies. Generated audio files are transferred from the provider and stored in our cloud storage.

Apple Sign in with Apple: Used for authentication. Apple receives your Apple ID identifier and may retain authentication logs.

Google OAuth: Used for authentication. Google receives your Google account identifier.

RevenueCat: Processes in-app purchases and subscription management. Receives your user ID and purchase history. RevenueCat does not use data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Apple DeviceCheck: Used to limit signup bonus claims to one eligible claim per device, during signup bonus claims only.

Your Generated Content

  • By default, all songs you generate are private. Only you can see, play, download, or share them.
  • On the iOS App, there is no public publishing feature. Your songs are not visible to other users.
  • You can share your songs via the share sheet if you choose to.
  • You can delete any song at any time, which permanently removes the song, lyrics, audio file, and all associated data from our servers.
  • You retain ownership of your song inputs and generated outputs where permitted by applicable law and provider terms
  • You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not contain unlawful or sensitive data

Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
  • Generated songs: Retained until you delete them or delete your account.
  • Points and transactions: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Anti-abuse data: Cryptographic hashes (HMAC) and reward claim records are retained after account deletion solely for fraud prevention, as permitted by applicable law. No raw emails, names, or song content are retained.
  • Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and all associated data (available directly in the App Settings > Delete Account)
  • Export your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent

International Transfers

If we transfer information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable laws.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice as required.
